Why we exist
This web address was once used by a Melbourne blinds and curtains business to advertise its services, and later lapsed. Buying custom window coverings involves a lot of choices, and few people know about the national cord safety rules or how coverings affect heat loss. We want to give you the background to ask good questions and make confident decisions.

We write every guide in our own words. For facts about safety, energy and consumer rights, we rely on official sources such as ACCC Product Safety Australia, the Federal Register of Legislation, YourHome, Sustainability Victoria, energy.gov.au, Consumer Affairs Victoria and ABN Lookup, and we list our sources on each page.
